Is everything going on as usual if it rains? If not, what facilities will be closed?

Generally speaking, light rain won’t affect wildlife sightseeing. If it is severe weather such as heavy rain, thunderstorm and so on, some outdoor performances will be put off or canceled temporarily. Specific arrangements are subject to the notice released that day.

2,ABOUT THE FEE

Does Beijing Wildlife Park provide the service of left luggage? And how much does it cost?

It’s free of charge. Tourists can leave their luggage at the Tourist Service Center.

3, OTHER RELATED ISSUES

Is it free to drive into the park? If not, how much does it cost?

Wildlife park is divided into two parts, which are respectively for walking and self driving. The former one is mainly for animal appreciation and performances; the latter one is for self driving and tourists need to pay additional fee for the vehicle. What’s more, it is also available to take semi-open train.

Is it allowed to take food or drinks into wildlife park? Are there restaurants in it?

Food and drinks are not permitted to take into the park. There are restaurants with different themes and take-out ones. Tourists need to go through safety check before going in. Any kind of food, liquid or inflammable and explosive articles are not allowed to take in.

It will depend on the weather condition that day. Generally speaking, everything will go on as usual if it is light rain. If it is severe weather such as heavy rain, thunderstorm and so on, it is likely that some outdoor large amusement facilities will be closed. When the weather gets better, their operation will return to normal after safety check. Specific arrangements will be subject to the notice released that day.

Line 943: Yongding Gate--Yuquanying--Xihong Gate--Huang Village--East Hulin (Beijing Wildlife Park)

Line 828/849: Yongding Gate--Caoqiao--East Hulin (Beijing Wildlife Park)

(Tourists can arrive at East Hulin by the above three lines in about 40 minutes which all provide express ride.)

2,SUBWAY LINE

No. 4 subway line--bus line of 937--bus line of 943/849/828--East Hulin (Beijing Wildlife Park)

3,LINE FOR SELF DRIVING

Keep going forward for about 4km after entering Beijing along Beijing-Kaifeng Express Way from Yuquanying, which takes about 30 minutes.

8: 30am-17: 30pm from April to September

9: 00am-17: 00pm from October to March

Time to stop selling tickets: 15:00pm stops on foot area: 15:30pm

Small train last time: 15:00pm cage net car last time 16:20pm

(Note: Business hours or the time to stop ticket selling may change with season. If there is any change, please take the notice released that day as final confirmation.)

Fare for adults: RMB 150 per person on specified days; usually RMB 130 per person

Fare for students: RMB 90 per person on specified days; usually RMB 80 per person

(Valid certificates are needed for students from primary, middle schools or colleges, excluding those receiving adult education.)

Fare for seniors: RMB 90 per person on specified days; usually RMB 80 per person (Seniors above 60 have to buy tickets through valid certificates. It is free of charge for the seniors with Beijing residence aged above 65 who have to take the red card of Courtesy Card for Beijing Seniors. What’s more, they have to be accompanied by an adult who has to buy the ticket.)

Free for the following groups: those with retirement and disabled certificates; children under 1.2 meters; seniors above 65 with the red cards.

01Valid certificates are needed for students from primary, middle schools or colleges, excluding those receiving adult education.

02Seniors above 65 have to take the courtesy card and be accompanied by an adult who needs to pay for the ticket.

03It is free of charge for children under 1.2 meters accompanied by an adult who needs to pay for the ticket.

04It is free of charge for the disabled by valid certificates.

05Tickets should be properly kept. Tourists need to go to the ticket office to exchange it for admission into the park.

06One-ticket tour, including (1) sightseeing by walking and animal performances in the park; (2) taking the car with iron net on the outside to see large predators; (3) sightseeing for self driving or by small train (tourists of self driving need to pay additional fare for the car.)
